It’s a new condominium project, perfect for both location and construction materials, and complete facilities, such as a large fitness center and security system that meets the residents’ needs. It is also close to a main road that is convenient for traveling by personal car and the Blue Line MRT which is easily accessible in only a few steps away. It is also near the shopping malls and fresh food markets. This project offers a spacious area with a balcony, which suits 2 people at a reasonable price when compared to other projects.
