I decided to reserve a studio room for this project without hesitation. It's a decent size room and decorated with beautiful modern furniture. I like the atmosphere in the project very much as it's right next to the beach. The project has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, garden, fitness, restaurant, and many more. If you buy a room in the Laguna group, you will get many benefits and outstanding value. This location is considered excellent because it is in Laguna Phuket; it is the most livable place to stay on Phuket Island. Plus, it's convenient as well because it is close to shops, restaurants, and Boat Avenue, Cherngtalay.

I look for many condos in Phuket for investment. The day before, I had the opportunity to know more information on this project. This is a project under construction in the Laguna zone. There are three buildings, and each of the buildings provides a different view. The buildings that we are interested in offers views of the golf course and the river. Within the project, there is a convenience store. There are a garden and a rooftop swimming pool. Lawn area for yoga and BBQ area And should be completed in 2021 as scheduled. Unfortunately, the room size is quite small if compared to other condominiums.
