The condo is near downtown, and the room is quite soundproof. I couldn't hear the car and any noise from the outside. My room has 2 bedrooms, spacious, and fully furnished. The facilities are so inviting because they are clean and not many people use it. To me, it's quite private. The pool is MASSIVE, so I can swim for a distance; there are also sunbeds at the poolside for resting. The location is convenient, near amenities such as restaurants, pubs, bars, and Pattaya Beach within a few minutes. I never waste my time traveling at all, and I can access many places quickly. In my view, the place is okay at an affordable price, suitable for a living!
