The new condo project and the construction is almost completed.

This project creates a magnificent masterpiece like a kingdom ever since 14 buildings comprise only 4 floors. The project has been beautifully and elegantly designed. The location is also considered ok as it is close to the beach. However, all project facilities can be called complete, including a swimming pool, an on-site restaurant, a fitness room, and the sky bar. Very interesting for investment !!

I believe that after the construction is completed, the project will become popular for sure because of the beautiful design, outstanding and modern. It also applies innovative technology for the project as well. It's decorated in resort-style, opening to a sea view. Shame that there is only a 1-bedroom type with different sizing. The project is also complete with a pool, a sky bar, a gym, and a restaurant. Located in the Kamala area. Easy travel to Patong within 15 minutes.
Beautiful project in front of Kamala Beach

A few days ago, I visited the gallery and viewed the showroom. It's been my first time visiting the project, and I immediately love the design and project location. It is located on the hill, offering a sea view clearly when looking down. It is close to Kamala Beach, crossing the road a little bit to reach the beach. The surrounding condo is beautifully decorated and creates a green garden with a flowing canal, very comfortable. There are 4 types of rooms, and the living area is of different sizes. I think it is the best choice and we can choose the size we love. Furthermore, there is a wide range of facilities and easily accessible, not far from the room. The project is beautifully designed. In my view, I love it here, but I will patiently wait until the project is completed, and I will decide to buy it again.

My husband and I went to look at the mock-up studio-type room of this project. Personally, I really like Thai culture and Thailand, so I visit the country 3-4 times a year. I decided to buy a condo next to the beach in Phuket. The location of this project is very good. There is a mountain behind and overlooking the sea. The interior of the room is very luxurious and modern. There are 4 types of room to choose from, each of which has different room sizes. The project's highlight is that every room has a sea view—the beautiful scenery of Kamala Beach. People are not crowded; actually, it's very peaceful and suitable for relaxing. There are also many on-site facilities such as restaurants, sky gardens, a yoga studio, a unique waterfall swimming pool, a sky swimming pool with sea view, a sky bar for cocktails, and sunset watching in the evening. For health lovers, there is also a large fitness center and a spa available. Surroundings of ​​the condo also have restaurants by the beach and a famous beach club like Plaza Del Mar, so you can sit and chill. As for the price, I think it's still affordable at 3 million baht. Interesting isn't it!
It's very suitable for investment.

I had the opportunity to talk to a salesperson, and I would say that this is a very interesting project. However, there is only one room type, which is a studio room. It’s not that spacious but well-allocated. The location is excellent and not too crowded. In addition, this project has a rental guarantee program, so it is very suitable for investment.

I have visited the showroom already, and I am impressed with the modern and well-equipped facilities. Another thing is the condo is located in a quiet location, convenient for traveling, and close to tourist attractions as well. My husband and I thought that I would reserve a room for staying or renting out.
