At first, I was very worried about the project's price, whether it would be worthwhile to invest in it because the starting price is relatively high. The project is located in a prime location called the most expensive area, but it will return to us for convenience. This project is in the city's downtown, convenient in all matters; it is close to Chidlom BTS, just 5 minutes, or even you can take a taxi, motorbike, or even express boat services. Also, the project's neighborhood is surrounded by famous department stores, various shops, and restaurants that you can walk to the department store in front of the alley. There are Central Chidlom, Central Embassy, ​​Big C, etc. The project facilities include fitness, sauna, garden, and swimming pool; the swimming pool is a stunning design because the white stone is used in contrast with the blue water. It feels calm and located on the rooftop. In the end, I chose the two bedrooms, decorated with cozy and luxurious styles, and the interior was fully utilized. There are many storages, all decorative materials used top-grade items, marble floors in the kitchen are easy to clean, and the room has tall-high glass that can access natural light. Another feature of the master bedroom is the wallpaper, which is handmade and imported from Hong Kong. It is made of silk and inlaid with small and large pearls when the lights in the room are turned on, and it sparkles that is very pleasing to my wife. One thing I didn't like is the bathroom because it is pretty small. Overall, I'm impressed with this project because of the project's unique design, with elegant colors, and the area is good. Also, the staff at the project are well trained. They have good manners, helpful, and friendly, yet the service is equivalent to a real 5-star hotel.

The studio room is too small, with 34 sq.m, but the common area is spacious and complete with amenities. The room decor has a high ceiling, which is airy. There are also leisure gardens fencing between the building, and it is shady. The communal pool and the sky garden are on the 44th floor. On my weekends, I rarely go outside because I want to relax at the condo. The location is located in the city center and next to Central Chidlom, which is the price will be more expensive. If you love conveniences, I think it is worth the price paid.

The location is convenient to travel. It is a new condo that was recently completed. Inside the project is pleasant and comprises a communal area on the rooftop for relaxation, including a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a garden. The rooms are available from studios to penthouses. The width of the room is also available in various sizes. We can place a purchase budget, making it not cost more money and getting a room according to the size that we want. Moreover, the price of the room and the quality obtained is also suitable for the price. Buy it to rent it out, or staying by yourself is worth it!!
Very convenient to travel because it is close to BTS.

City-center condo near Chidlom BTS and developed by a famous trusted company. Therefore, the condo construction is up to standard with modern decoration. There is also a complete common area, offering both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool overlooking Bangkok. There is also a fitness room, sauna room, and a heated spa pool. I think it's worth it when compared to the location and convenience.

I visited this project and really liked it. It is a condo that is designed elegantly. Inside, the condo is decorated with marble, and the lobby is expansive. If I wasn't wrong, the swimming pool, fitness center, and a garden are on the 44th floor where you can see the view of the entire city. There are different room types from studios to three bedrooms. Each of them is beautifully designed and divided into functional proportions. In terms of location, it is excellent. Easy to travel, close to Chidlom BTS, Central World, Central Embassy.

Luxury condo with beautifully decorated. The staff serves friendly service and warmly welcomes me. The condo offers complete facilities. The room I rented was neatly decorated. The furniture is of quality and beautiful, pleasant for living. Besides, all areas are perfectly divided into zones, suitable for a studio room. Besides, this condominium is also close to the Chidlom BTS station, only 250 meters, making it easy to go anywhere. Also, the project is located in abundance. It is a pleasant residence in the Lumpini area.

It is another quality condo in the heart of Bangkok. Very convenient to travel near Chidlom BTS within 5 minutes by foot. You can get to the project by many routes, but be prepared for the rush hour. Speaking frankly, the condo is a bit pricey compared to other condos in the same area. But with freehold ownership, I think it's still acceptable. My room has 2 bedrooms which are not that spacious, suitable for living alone. Complete facilities, worth the money!
