A luxury house in the suburb with a good atmosphere

I work as an engineer in a large company in Bangkok. I dreamed of buying a big house for my family and saved money to buy a resale house, but the price is secretly high as well. However, I decided to buy 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious living area house for my family, which is able to plant trees around the house. The house has been completed for many years, but the house's owner has taken good care and maintenance. It has been renovated and repainted regularly. Also, there is a security guard 24 hours a day. The facilities also provide a complete range of facilities, whether a communal pool, gardens, and children's playground. My family and I often go for a walk in the village regularly on holidays, but I don't often go there because many people use the pool on weekends and holidays.
