There are 2 bedrooms in the main structure please 2 separate guest Buildings to the sides. There are large staff quarters at the back which could easily be an existing 5th bedroom with a bathroom. There is a lot of available space to add additional buildings and about a third of the land is in zone 2. Dimensions of the land are 60m beachfront with one side 95m and the other 88m. The road frontage is 61m. It has its own transformer and all plumbing and electrical systems.
Foreign nationals can own the building (villa) in their own name but not the land that it stands on.
Foreign nationals cannot own land in Thailand. The options in which a foreigner can control the land are via a 30-year lease or by purchasing the land through a Thai company.
