My husband and I have bought a house with The Vineyard Phase 1 for many years, and I want to say that I have never encountered any problems with the house. I think that it is a well-designed structure and decoration materials are of high quality and good. Inside the house, there is complete furniture and decoration stuff. All furniture items are unique, good, modern, and elegant. The facilities are good such as the swimming pool and fitness. The Vineyard Phase 1is convenient in terms of travel as well, and can go anywhere with flexibility. It is close to the motorway. I feel like this place is worth the investment, whether for rent or living by yourself.
