Beautiful village and great staffs

Quality village with beautiful landscape and tidiness. The atmosphere is very peaceful and private. The villa is attractively styled with fine furniture. It offers a spacious living area with 3 bedrooms and an extensive common area such as a restaurant and reception. The staff is excellent and friendly, offering 5-star service. I'm very impressed, wants to come back again.

It is such a great vacation place for me, and I rented here for a year after retirement. It is a nice and lovely moment for me to relax privately, and no others bother me at all. Although the villa is too large to stay alone, I'm not lonely as the neighbors are lovely. The housekeeper and gardener are very responsible and punctual, clean my house every day. I'd like to thank them for taking care of me well and bringing my villa clean and cozy. Personally, it's okay; the atmosphere is good and close to nature, ideal for relaxation.

The villa is spacious and clean. The location is good, not too far from the city center. It is tranquil. If you want to travel into the city, it is close to Petchkasem Road, traveling comfortably. Plus, the people here are lovely, and the room amenities are great. Other than that, everything is fine. It is a nice atmosphere villa perfect for relaxation. Thank you very much to the team for providing me warm and professional service.
The village is on the main road and tranquil.

The village here is on the Petchkasem main road. Therefore, it is easy to travel to various places. The traffic is also not terrible at all because it is far from the city. It is a quiet and safe village, complete with facilities. There are cafes and restaurants nearby with very affordable prices. Also, the house that I live in is a single-story house with a private swimming pool. The pool maintenance is not difficult, and it cleans only 2-3 times a month. The weather is good all year round, suitable for people who love peace!

I bought a second-hand villa with a 3 finely-furnished bedrooms. Even though it is an old one, the owner took good care of it as the swimming pool and a private garden are very clean. Overall, the atmosphere here is charming, with a lush mountain view, making me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Can't wait to see my dream house come true! I chose this project as its location is on the hillside, making it very peaceful and shady. There are additional services such as cleaning, and monthly pesticide controlling services, so I can be assured that my house is protected while I'm away. The security system is standard, as there is a 24-hr security guard. There are so many housing types I can choose from, which gave me a big hard time. Finally, I ended up selecting the 4-bedroom and 5-bathroom types because there are many family members. This house will be the most suitable one. The house comes with a private pool; my grandsons would love it so much. Plus, this place is surrounded by the forest, so it’s a great place for me to retreat and meditate. It will be a pleased time for sure. The location is quite far from the center of Hua Hin. If you want to drive there, it takes about 20 minutes. There is a department store like Blu Point for shopping. Overall, it’s a great project. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have a single house like me.
