It matches my lifestyle and needs so much as it has modern facilities. The security system is excellent, taking good care of the residents well. Prices and room sizes are reasonable. The room is beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, comfortable. More importantly, the room is soundproofing, with no disturbing noises. Although the project is located in the city center where it is crowded and noises from music and cars passing, my room is still quiet, and I can relax pleasantly. Overall, the project is located in a prime location, surrounded by many important conveniences. I made the right decision to buy the room for this project.

It is a condo that meets my needs exactly because it is close to my parents' house and not far from department stores, such as Central Festival Pattaya Beach, and can travel anywhere easily. I made the right decision to buy. At first, I planned to buy for investment, but I might have stayed first. If I want to sell or rent it out one day, it is not bad because it is located in a good location. Also, it maintains a high level of privacy. As for the project design, it overall looks good and complete. The room I bought is 1 bedroom size with well-proportioned. The living space is suitable for 1-2 people. The project has been elegantly designed and decorated. It also uses different color tones, giving a feeling of comfort. It suits me very well. The project facilities are excellent, such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and clubhouses.

I have been renting here since the end of last year. This condo is very comfortable. The interior is elegantly decorated with fine furniture. It also provides highly private and not chaotic. Besides, the project also has many facilities to use, such as a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. If you want to go outside, it is easy because it is located near Jomtien Beach and famous tourist attractions such as Khao Phra Tamnak, Krom Luang Chumphon Monument, and Bali Hai Cape. Overall, I am very impressed.

The luxurious condo near Pattaya Beach for special vacations. I love that the design is modern, sleek, chic, and stunning at night. The rooms range from 1 to 4 bedrooms. My room has 2 small bedrooms. The built-in finishing is just on point and elegant. The number of units is not large, making it private. The pool is just a selling point as it faces the sea. It's stunning, especially in the evening. Some day, you will see the pink sky.

The room here is luxuriously decorated and very stylish. My room is a spacious two-bedroom room. This room's balcony allows me to enjoy a stunning sea view. In terms of the location, it's in Pattaya's prime area as Jomtien Beach is across the road. Also, it isn't far from Bali Hai Cape and Central Festival Pattaya, which is so convenient. In the future, if I need to relocate, I'm not worried because I know I can rent this place out easily.

I have the opportunity to visit a friend who lives here. It is a 4-bedroom penthouse. From the first step, I am very impressed with the elegance and beauty. The interior of the room is decorated very beautifully. The furniture looks expensive from imported brands. There is a swimming pool with a stunning sea view from Pattaya Beach, especially in the evening. Just wow! The security guard at the parking lot is also nice. I know that the room price is high. But if I get this level of service, it is totally worth it!
