Lake view house near Bearing BTS !

The village here is located in the suburb, with easy access to Bearing BTS Station. There is a large village clubhouse, and the village entrance has a good security system. It comprises a swimming pool, and the park is exceptionally shady. At the back of the house is a lake view. Besides, the project is not far from the golf course. The house interior is designed to be luxurious. It is a 4 bedroom house suitable for large families. I think this place is complete and not crowded.

This place is suitable for large family members because the house has a lot of usable space. The house is decorated with beautiful and strong materials. The interior and exterior architectures look gorgeous and delicacy., making the house cozy and attractive. There are a spacious kitchen, living room, and a multipurpose room. It is easy to organize activities or parties. Besides, we never have any issues with the house because there is a great security system. We want to say thanks to the project's team for their excellent services.

Elegant house, very exclusive because only a few units are on this project. All of the residents can experience more privacy as there is a 3-meter wall surrounding the project. This project focuses on high-security systems provide a Magnetic and Shock Sensor system with 24hrs. Also, there are tennis courts, a gym, and a large swimming pool. The project is near Central Plaza Westgate, IKEA Bangyai, and Harrow International School. Suitable for a living!

We bought a 4-bedroom house here with the family. Our son studies at St. Andrews International School that is very close to home, less than 10 minutes by car, so he doesn't have to wake up too early each day. It is also close to Central Bangna shopping mall suitable for people who love shopping like me. Our house has a large area for children and our pets to have fun in our private garden. The project is private and secured. The staff takes good care of the entire common areas, including the swimming pool. The garden is clean and shady. I like it here.

We are a unique home, a big family, safety, and privacy are important to spend valuable time with our family. This place answers my questions very much. Whether it's a playground, my kids can go and play in their free time. Or that a swimming pool that is clean and high security. So, I trust Prukpirom Regent. Also, I like the house's design, which is very pleasing to our family's lifestyles. Not disappointed in choosing this house. It can raise pets because it is spacious, modern decoration design—complete facilities and the project entrance that can be accessed in many ways. Therefore very convenient for me. An excellent security system doesn't worry at all. The neighbors are friendly because this project has good social quality. Anyone who likes unique decorated in a modern Eastern style as well. And have warmth inside the house. You can feel a complete family here. And another good thing is that our home is close to the school my children are studying, conveniently picked up and delivered. And as I said, it is accessible in many ways. Close to amenities We don't have to worry about that at all. Prukpirom Regent has responded perfectly to the needs of my family and me.
