I reserved a 1-bedroom unit with luxurious built-in-furniture before the construction was completed. Now, since the project has been completed, I have just moved in. Everything was terrific. The rooftop garden and a swimming pool area is airy, and you can see a 180-degree view of the city. The gym has new equipment, and there are not many people using them. 100% parking, perfect location near EmQuartier, Phrom Phong BTS, Phetchaburi MRT, very convenient and excellent!

It's a business district surrounded by many conveniences that make life colorful. The design is charming and modern. The 3-bedroom unit that I bought is a perfect arrangement, and all the materials used to decorate are of good quality and suitable for the price. The project facilities perfectly facilitate daily life, such as a saltwater swimming pool with a separate size pool for kids. The fitness center and security are also excellent. However, the condo is close to many amenities, easy and convenient to go everywhere, either by private cars or public transport. It is also surrounded by an abundance of everything, including restaurants, shopping areas, tourist attractions, and other hangout sources. Don't worry about anything. It is considered a prime location and suitable for investing. Plus, the staff are friendly and serve perfect service.

I bought a one-bedroom unit, and I love it. The room is spacious, with high ceilings to make the room look airier. As the units per floor are not very tight, I can have high privacy. Plus, the common fee is affordable. It is reasonably priced compared to what it has, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, a garden, and Sky Lounge. It is located in Soi Sukhumvit 39, quite far from Ploenchit BTS station. Therefore, it's suitable for those who own a car.

It is a new condo, just completed last year. The condo location is near New Petchburi Road, connecting many routes in Bangkok. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The project area is spacious, and there are all 4 buildings. The project facilities comprise a clubhouse, a gym, a yoga room, a sauna room, and a communal pool. Importantly, the project provides 100% car parking spaces, which you will never encounter problems with. Generally, I think this project is very interesting, the location is good, and the room rates are also not expensive. It is a great value to buy for living or renting out.

Amazing condominium in the prime business area in Bangkok. It's under construction, but it will surely gain attention because the project has luxurious with a fabulous interior in modern style. The atmosphere is quiet. The facilities include a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, and a strict security system. The location is excellent, close to BTS, MRT, and Airport link station, very convenient to travel. The project is close to a famous university and surrounded by many shops and restaurants.
