3 bedroom single house not far from Chiang Mai city, surrounded by amenities. It is also well-designed in a modern style, satisfied with those who love modern style. It is absolutely worth the price as the house is large. There is also a staff that gives professional advice. The atmosphere is very suitable for relaxation. It is very worthwhile to buy it. I have reserved 1 house, and now the project is completed. Just prepare yourself to move in.
A single-detached home designed for the future

I had a chance to have a look at The Sanctum Chiang Mai. It is a single-detached house comprising 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offering great privacy because there are only 6 units. The construction house is strong, durable, and private because there is a 9-meter high wall. The concrete walls are strong and restrain from earthquakes. In-house facilities feature various functions such as solar panels, which help power savings. There is also a rainwater catchment tank to help all year round, and there are no problems with the water at all. Also, there is an interesting full range of facilities, consisting of a security system, CCTV around the house with an eye-bird view, which we can see all situations happen both inside and outside. Moreover, there is an underground nuclear room and a panic room designed for the future, offering safety and support for all situations and disasters in the future. In terms of traveling, we can use route 1269, but the alley to the project is a bit narrow and constructed of concrete; it's quite not convenient for traveling. Even the road is narrow, and it is not dangerous because many residential houses surround it. I love this project, and I want to buy it someday because there are many interesting functions. I have to discuss it with my boyfriend and family first. Anyone who loves this kind of house, I will recommend it here.
High security system

You won't believe that there will be a project in Chiang Mai highly focusing on the security system this much. I am very excited about the project, making me feel like it is a Hollywood movie. The villas have 3 bedrooms and high privacy. The project only has 6 units with high-security systems, such as 9-meters tall fence, CCTV, and safehouse. The villa construction is also built for earthquake resistance, so unique and interesting!

I must say the housing project here is worth paying because all designs are modern, whether it is an energy-saving system, environmentally friendly, CCTV cameras, and alarm system. The house consists of a small garden and a small space for pets to run and play. I like proportional and artistic design, luxury and exotic. There is also a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and 1-2 car parking spaces.
