Luxury villa suitable for families with a convenient traveling

I bought a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private swimming pool. At that time, I bought a resale house for a good price too, which is a rare price for a house with full functionality. It is convenient to go everywhere and not far from Bangkok. I have to travel to Bangkok for my work very often. Also, it is close to Hua Hin airport, so I decided to buy a house here. My kids and my wife love it here because it is close to shopping malls and convenience stores, where they can go when getting bored. In general, I think it is excellent and perfect for the family because it is close to schools and hospitals. Apart from that, the project facilities are amazing, and the guards are lovely and responsible, never fall asleep during their work. I always bring them snacks. I think the house here is suitable for a vacation home because it is quiet and non-crowded. Importantly, the price is also reasonable.
