Favorite since seeing a model house That can allocate a living space suitable for small and medium families Beautiful furniture and living space in the kitchen area, spacious and comfortable, the project may not be near the main road. Or walk to the shops But you can drive into Hua Hin town within 10 minutes, including the project's own shuttle. The place is flawless and suitable for a long weekend or retirement life. The townhouse segment comes with common areas where you can find a swimming pool, a playground, and a spacious parking space. When you have a problem, the staff is ready to help immediately. The property is in the suburban area, so it's quite tranquil and private, but you can drive to Hua Hin city, just 10 kilometers. The area seems potential for investors these days, as many foreigners move in. So, it's perfect for both long-term investment or living. Plus, the developer's successful experience makes me feel confident that I can gain the highest benefits.
