Luxurious villas on Koh Samui. It is a new and just completed project situated on the mountain and faces the sea. The balcony is large and has a spacious bedroom, suitable as a wonderful vacation home. The entrance is full of forest and nature. It's very tranquil and private. However, the downside will be the project location because it is a bit dangerous and far from amenities. There are no shops nearby. You can get around by taxi or private vehicles only. Overall, I think it's a great project and suitable for investment, yet a wonderful vacation home is like.
