The new pool villa project is wonderful. It is a two-story villa, 3-4 bedrooms with an infinity pool in front of the house. The whole project has only 2 units, which emphasizes the utmost privacy. It is close to nature because it is located on a hill. The view of the mountains and the sea and Central Festival Samui.

A sizable 3-bedroom villa is emphasized in bright white colors. It makes the house look spacious and decorated with imported furniture giving it a very modern style. There is an infinity pool and car parking in the villa. It can be said that it is a luxury pool villa in the Bophut Beach area ever. The atmosphere is very peaceful and private. Unfortunately, there are only 2 units for sale available.

I went to visit the Janatim Ocean View project, which is currently under construction. I asked the staff about the villa's details and visited some showrooms of the projects. The villa interior has a modern design and fully furnished with modern design. The villa surrounding gives a sense of warmth and provides a complete range of in-villa facilities such as outdoor areas, where we can sunbathe. There is also a private swimming pool and the second floor will be the balcony, overlooking a beautiful view and relaxing pleasantly. Overall, the villa is situated in a good location and close to Bophut Beach, just 5 minutes. This place is ideal for people who love peace. This villa matched my needs and decided to book this villa.

I'm interested in buying a villa in Koh Samui. As there are many villas on Koh Samui, it gave me a hard time to choose one. I had quite a hard time choosing one. Then I found this interesting project, and the price is reasonable compared with other projects in the surrounding area. The project itself is very private because there are only 2 units. The location is suitable for those who love peace because it's on a hill surrounded by forest. Don't worry about getting around as it doesn't take long to go anywhere. Also, it takes only 10 mins to the airport. It's very convenient for businessmen like me who fly or go on a business trip very often. Plus, the villa is pet-friendly, so I'll bring my lovely dog here. I think he will enjoy running around so much. So far, I'm making a decision. If you're reading this review, you gotta hurry as there are only two units!
New project suitable for investment

I have had an opportunity to learn about investment in Koh Samui for a while, and I come across the project here. It is interesting because it is a new high-end luxury villa development and under construction now. I am sure that if completed, it will definitely attract investors. The project is near Choeng Mon Beach and not far from Koh Samui's tourist attractions. It is only about 15-20 minutes by car from Central Samui Shopping Center. More importantly, there are only 2 units !!!

It is another interesting project, and it is a good choice for me because I like the tranquil beach and nature and the number of this villa, which there are only 2 units. It is located on a hill with a panoramic view of the surroundings. So, it provides a private atmosphere, and I think I will have a good rest. The location is oka, not far from Fisherman's Village, restaurants, other shopping areas, and only 10 minutes from Samui International Airport. It would be very convenient for traveling. Now I am very interested in this place, and it is in the decision stage because I want a quiet villa like this. It would be a good opportunity for me. As for anyone interested here, let’s take a look at the project first. It's very interesting!
