I must say that this location is not far from the beach, only 15-20 minutes walking. There are many famous restaurants surrounded. It is a 2-story detached house with a total of 2 bedrooms and is designed in a super proportion. The house interior is decorated in a beautiful modern style. The outside offers a large swimming pool, which is very clean and 1-2 car parking spaces available. Overall, when comparing the price with the location, I think it is worth the money.

My friends and I stayed in a 2-bedroom detached house here for 2 weeks. The house is well-decorated with completed furniture such as TV, air conditioners, microwave, and water heater. The unit area is not very wide but divided into the proper proportion. The project surrounding is very shady because there are many trees, making us feel like staying at a resort. There is a swimming pool that is well maintained as well, but we rarely use it. Most of us prefer going to Jomtien Beach. It is not very far; it takes about 15 minutes to walk, but we rented a car and drove there for only 3 minutes. Besides, Pattaya Beach and Walking Street are only 6 minutes away. Next to the project is the Pattaya-Suvarnabhumi bus station, making it very convenient for us to travel to Bangkok. Good value and inviting to stay!
