Everyone said that Koh Samui is a nice Island. I think buying a vacation home here is worthwhile. This villa is made-to-order-project, and it takes time a while to complete. However, the price that I bought was unfurnished, but the decoration was beautiful and luxurious. There are shady trees and a small private swimming pool outside. The atmosphere is nice and suitable for spending time with family. You can relax comfortably and admire the tranquil atmosphere while staying here, which is 2 kilometers away from Lamai Beach and Tesco Lotus nearby.

It is another interesting villa to invest in with its prime location. I think it can go up in the future. The property is a rental villa without a specified period of time without a 10% return per annum. For me, the villa is worth paying for the investment. I decided to buy it because I love a house in a boutique-style with modern interior decoration. The villa comes with a swimming pool and private parking. The neighborhood is quiet, not noisy at all as it's remote from entertainment sources. This makes it perfect as a vacation home. Plus, I have got a special privilege to use the KOH FIT GYM Buyers, the nearest fitness center for 1 year.
