Modern townhouse with a livable atmosphere

I bought this townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and about 200 square meters of living area, which is as vast as a detached house. The interior space is well proportioned and includes the living room, the kitchen and the large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The materials used in the construction are durable and of good quality. Plus, there are only 7 units in the project, making the atmosphere quiet and private. Though it doesn't have as many facilities as other projects, it has a standard security system. There are CCTVs and 24-hour security guards. And most importantly, the project is located close to Mueang Chiang Mai, near several amenities, such as Sunday Night Market, Warorot Market, Wiang Kum Kam, etc. Overall, I think the townhome suits me well.
