The condo is pretty old but well-maintained and beautiful. It’s also easy to travel, and it’s close to Cha Am Beach.

This year, I've been to Thailand for 3 months for the New Year holiday. I stayed in this condo where I bought it a couple of years ago for relaxing with my family. The surrounding is quite lovely as it's a beachfront condo. Plus, it's not crowded. The staff is helpful and attentive, especially the staff in the lobby. It's closer to facilities such as family mart, Big C, shops, and restaurants. Since it is close to the main road, it's pretty easy to get anywhere. There are complete facilities like a large swimming pool next to the beach and a fully-equipped gym in the common area. Still, I found that the gym is crowded on weekends and holidays, so I mainly get there late at night. Although the condo was completed several years ago, it's well-maintained. I would recommend it to those who want to stay in Cha-Am. There are both monthly and daily rentals available.
