An amazing off road track leads along a beautiful stream and farmland to bring you up to the property. Included with the house is a Suzuki Jeep so access isn’t an issue even after heavy rains.
Open plan living area / kitchen downstairs with terracotta tiles and textured stucco walls that stays nice and cool in the summer whilst maintaining it’s heat in the winter. Leading out to a huge balcony that sits on the edge of a well stocked lake.
A beautifully carved spiral staircase leads upstairs. Which is all teak wood for that traditional feel. 2 large bedrooms with plenty of space for a 3rd room.
There is a spacious 3rd floor meditation / reading / writing room that truly inspires. This too could easily be used as a sleeping space.

Foreign nationals can own the building (house) in their own name but not the land that it stands on.
Foreign nationals cannot own land in Thailand. The options in which a foreigner can control the land are via a 30-year lease or by purchasing the land through a Thai company.
