I chose a house at Phanason Private Home (Kathu), the perfect place for relaxing after a day of hard work. The house price was reasonable and worthwhile for its quality. My house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the outdoor space is wide and large enough for parking 2 cars. Around the house, I can also have a garden. Oh! The project also has complete facilities for the residents, such as a pool, a gym, and a security system for 24 hours to protect our privacy. The location is convenient near Central Festival Phuket and Kathu Municipal Office. I recommend it!

I bought the house for this project. It is a 2-story detached townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is in modern style, perfect for people who aren't serious about the living area as it is small. Space can only be built as a small garden, but the environment is nice, the neighbors are friendly, not bothering, and a 24 hours security system.
