I am interested in this place as it is quite reasonable. The project is located in an area where you can easily get around, close to the main road, near the Airport link. The house is shady in modern style, comfortable with a large living room. The road in the village is wide. With CCTV systems and 24-hour security, it is considered worthwhile for a house at this price.
Easy to travel near Suvarnabhumi Airport

Personally, I am the one who love to travel to other provinces and frequently travel abroad as well. So, I chose to here because it is not far from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Also, I don't need to worry about traffic jams during the journey. The condo's atmosphere is good, and the residents here are friendly. It is good to build friendships with them.
The house is not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

As a result, I chose to buy a house here because it is not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport and we travel a lot, so we feel that home here is probably the best answer. My Thai girlfriend chose a house here, and I really liked it when I came to see it because the village area was shady and spacious. It is also designed in a very modern style, with a communal swimming pool and many activities. If going to the city, it takes about 30-40 minutes.

I like the Perfect Park Romklao-Suvarnabhumi. It's a very beautiful house. My husband and I are very impressed. It is fully equipped and modern, suitable for living. This project is located in a potential environment and abundant with many convenient places such as Minburi Market and Suvarnabhumi International Airport, just 22 minutes. It makes life more comfortable at the perfect residence.

I want to find a good house which is not very far from Suvarnabhumi Airport. I've searched for many projects and found here at The Perfect Park Romklao-Suvarnabhumi. It is a new design house with simple home decoration that focuses on the residents' experience of nature by using decorative materials from the wood. The house has a private sky terrace on the second floor, which is quite wide for family leisure activities. Another important thing is that the ceiling is very high, and the house looks spacious and airy. Also, I like that the project's use of earth tones makes it look stylish and warm. Besides, there is also a smart home technology in the house to be applied, possibly controlling on the phone; it is very modern. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor designed for the elder and disabled. I think it is very convenient for a home with elderly or disabled people because they can go straight into the room immediately. The project still has a common area that is quite comprehensive. There is a large saltwater swimming pool, sauna room, aerobics room, a gym (which exercise machines are quite limited), and relaxation areas. We relax in the clubhouse, and our children love to go there. As for traveling, it is quite convenient. We can go everywhere conveniently because the project is close to the expressway. Moreover, the project is surrounded by many restaurants, near Big C, and Tesco Lotus supercenters about 3 kilometers away.
