The simple single-detached house

I graduated from Bangkok and returned to my home in Hua Hin for 3 years to work. I want to buy a house to build stability for myself. I've looked at many projects, but my friend recommended this project because the price is reasonable. The house design is simple and modest. Then, I have booked the house with three bedrooms, and it will take about seven months to build a house, or maybe it will be finished before. However, I can inspect the construction process anytime. The road in the project is also extensive. Driving cars in opposite directions is easy, making the project look airy and non-crowded. The staff and the security guards are so friendly. I wish I could meet nice neighbors. Although the project here is small, there is a large communal pool with sunbeds for the residents. I feel impressed!
