I bought a house for this project. I like the Kamala area because it is quiet and not crowded. The project itself is far from chaos, and it is easy to access tourist attractions like Kamala Beach within 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes to get to Patong Beach. There are no facilities in the project, except CCTV and security guards on their duties. My house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living area for 6 family members. When I bought the house, it was unfurnished, and we bought furniture sets to decorate by ourselves. I have been living here for 2 months with no problems yet, and only the road is considered a deep alley and pretty quiet.
