Also known as the Beverly Hills of Bangkok, this project offers the best price for this area. Its walking distance from the mainroad suk 55, and surrounded by all the upscale establishments of Thonglor. The size of the units are good and very hard to find in this area. Keep in mind that the units are outdated and need a design touch in case you purchase. Overall great value for money

My room is 1 bedroom; it is fully furnished and well-ventilated throughout it all day. The weather is generally good, not hot, and the room is not musty. The condo here is modern; everything is well-managed and maintained in the area. It is clean and pleasant. Moreover, a large common area comprises a children's playground, communal pool, communal gym, suitable for large families who have children. The project location is easily accessible, and there is enough car parking. Besides, many famous restaurants are surrounded, making it easier to spend everyday life. Honestly, I love it here because I've been for several years and the price is reasonable.

The condo is fully furnished, not noticeable so much. The building is not very new, but there are many facilities, including a swimming pool, a children's area, a fitness center, and 24-hour security. Besides, there are a lot of parking lots, which is very convenient. It is also perfect for relaxing and well-matches the needs of the city people. I really recommend it if anyone is looking for a condo in the Thonglor area.
Although the project is old but the room is relatively new and clean.

Although the project is old, the room we stay in is relatively new and clean. It's a peaceful location, even in the city center. The room we live in is upstairs. It is 1 bedroom suitable for 1-2 people, and the project provides a closed kitchen. Thus, it makes the room very proportionate and decorated with built-in furniture. Also, the interior contains two air conditioners, a sofa, and a pretty good quality bed. The common area has a large and clean swimming pool. However, there is relatively little exercise equipment, and out of date. The maintenance is good. As the project is convenient transportation, it takes about 15 minutes to walk from Thonglor BTS and quickly connect to various places. The nearest department store is Emquartier, and just a 10-15 minute walk away. We can obviously notice that there is plenty of residential buildings. Besides, there are many office buildings. During the night, there will be much famous entertainment nightlife and restaurants. It's called a crowded area, and taxis are running the whole day. Moreover, there are shops along the route. There are a lot of both Thais and foreigners living in this area. I think the condo here is worth paying. Even though it is old, it is okay compared to other projects because it is convenient and located in the city center.

A quality condo near Thonglor BTS. As you may know, the area is a venue for Thonglor BTS. As you may know, the area is full of shopping centers, educational establishments, entertainment venues, and leading department stores. For the room selection, it ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms available. The unit area is quite large and well-divided to make the most of the space. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with some furniture. The common area covers all facilities to serve the basic needs of the residents.

I've lived here for a while since I moved to Thailand. The project's location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, the Eight Thonglor shopping center, and famous entertainment venues. Unfortunately, the buildings here are quite old. The project has a common area with complete facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and ample parking. The project's price is also much lower than in other places, so I decided to choose here. I am very satisfied!
