I decided to reserve five rooms in this project.

I decided to reserve five rooms in this project, intending to buy them for speculation and let them rent out. There are all one-bedroom units, fully furnished, and every unit has a beautiful sea view. There are complete facilities in the common area, like, a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, lobby lounge, etc. I had gotten a great deal by the time I bought it. The location is near Bangsaen Beach, Burapha University, Burapha University Hospital, and Wang Muk Market. It's great. I would rent it out or sell it and make a good profit for sure.
