This condo is in a prime location, close to leading shopping malls, and the room is excellent.

My office is near the Thong Lo area, so I decided to rent a one-bedroom unit for this project. The room is not very spacious but suitable for me who stays alone. What I like the most about this condo is its location which is so convenient to find shops and restaurants. In my spare time, I usually go to leading shopping malls to relax, such as EmQuartier, Terminal 21, and The Emporium. As for the transportation, I would say that it’s super convenient for those who travel by car and public transport, specifically Thong Lo BTS, which is only a few minutes away. The project is full of facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fully-equipped fitness center. By the way, the car parking is insufficient for all residents, so sometimes I needed to double park the car. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, it is a great condo with a good atmosphere. People are not crowded. I’ve been renting for a while, and I think I might own one.
