It took us a long time to decide to buy the project here. The project, although old, we think it's worth investing in the long-term because it is in a peaceful location. There are few rooms only, so it gives a sense of privacy during staying here. Besides, it includes spacious common areas. The pool is clean and well-maintained throughout. In the part of the room, it is airy, fully furnished, and ready-to-move-in. I think the room is old, but it has been renovated to make it very proportionate. The balcony does not have a good view because the project is located in a rather deep alley. However, it's a neighborhood with taxis passing all the time, making it easy to get around 1 kilometer from Gateway Ekamai. It is easy to connect the public buses to various places by taking the Ekkamai BTS station. Walking from the condo to the station is only 15 minutes. I think it's easy and convenient. The location is not crowded. If anyone is looking for a quiet condo in Ekamai, I believe this is the right choice.
