The building is modern. The lobby and other common areas decorations look clean and beautiful. Our room was a spacious, well-allocated space. There is a living room, dining room, and 1 bedroom. Most importantly, the night view here is very beautiful, and the wind blows cool all night long. Besides, the location is not far from the mall and close to the Nana BTS station, which is called to travel is very convenient. All in all, this place is perfect for working life and rushing hours as you can easily live here in a complete life.
Decent condo near Ploenchit BTS Station

The project was completed several years ago, the buildings and facilities within the condo are still in ready-to-use condition as it has been taken care of very well. My room is a spacious duplex room. The high ceiling makes the space more open and airy. It’s located not far from Ploenchit BTS Station, as it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it is very easy to get around.

This classic condo is a great place to stay situated in the city center, close to everything, including tourist areas. Moreover, there is public transportation, such as Ploenchit BTS, church, and many great restaurants. The room is large and nicely decorated. This condo has everything able to stay comfortably without worry because the facilities are all around us, it is very good.

It is said that it is one of the most luxurious and prosperous residential areas in Bangkok. It is very easy to travel, only 600 meters from Ploenchit BTS and just 5 minutes walk. The condo has 33 floors and is very spacious. Although in the city center, privacy. I like it here because there is a swimming pool on the 7th floor and a shady garden on the ground floor. Parking is adequate and spacious. Most villagers will travel by BTS.

The best location in the heart of the city, which is the Ploenchit area. Easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, shops, and banks. Conveniently travel via Ploenchit BTS, just 600 meters away. It's approachable to Embassy and Central World. The All Seasons Mansion's building is not very new but has complete facilities and a strict safety system. The spacious room comes with a full set of quality furniture. The neighbors are lovely and friendly.
Worthwhile Luxury Condo

Luxury condo, prime location, and situated in the city center surrounded by important places, such as restaurants, famous hotels, bars, and pubs. It was completed in 1997, but the building looks new. The design is also remarkable with the European style focusing on simplicity, luxury, and modern. Believe the team is well-managed. All the staff is nice and friendly. The interior is so stylish, and the furniture is arranged neatly, making the room looks spacious. The built-in kitchen is in Western-style; it is easy and convenient when cooking. Besides, the Bangkok city view here is so stunning, overlooking from the big glass windows. It is very scenic in the morning and evening. Anyway, the price seems expensive, but it is worth paying for its location and facilities. There is a full range of facilities provided. Indeed, the location is good, and there are project signs along the way. The parking space is considered okay, with no any disturbing issues. Overall, love the atmosphere here, and worthwhile for investing.

The condo is a bit old but well maintained and has a very luxurious interior. The 3-bedroom unit I rented on the 30th floor, which is very spacious and finished with many fine furniture. I just stayed for a few ten days and didn't find any drawbacks. However, there were many advantages, including friendly staff with an excellent management system, a fitness center, and a new swimming pool. They seem to be well maintained. Good location next to the embassy, shopping malls. Transportation is convenient, close to Witthayu Road and the Mahanakorn Expressway.
