The quality of the houses is not that great, but the location on Soi 102 is great. You get what you pay for. Ideal as a holiday home or for renting as such.

A small house with a swimming pool to relax. Near Hua Hin town Convenient transportation, about 5 minutes to Blue Port Department Store and Hua Hin Sea, there is a security guard 25 hours, no public swimming pool and fitness, affordable price. Good for investment Or to relax during the holidays

This project is a small size house project, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which comes with a swimming pool. The advantage is that the location is very good. Located in Hua Hin Soi 102, near Bluport Shopping Mall and near the beach. Easy to rent at a price

I stayed at Baan View Viman 2 bedroom condo for 14 days with a swimming pool. Plus, the room I rented offers a golf course view. It's only 5 minutes drive to a local beach known as Khao Takiab Beach, which is very private. It also takes only 10 minutes to get to the Market Village Hua Hin shopping center, very comfortable! The atmosphere is also nice. It is tranquil and suitable for relaxing, very perfect! Apart from that, the price is very good and affordable. Finally, there is a large swimming pool to swim comfortably.

The entire atmosphere is very good, with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. Good location close to Khao Takiab beach, just 400 meters on foot. Unfortunately, the price doesn't include furniture as it is supposed to. The project also has a swimming pool, security guard, and parking space. The price is okay, not very expensive.
