I bought a townhouse here for renting out. It is a 2-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, not furnished. The living area is not very wide, but not cramped. Suitable for living and for people loving gardens as it's in front of the house. When I bought it, the price was reasonable. It's just 600 meters from Thawirat Phakdi Road, which is the main road. Don't worry about the restaurant or convenience stores as there is plenty in the alley. Oh, I forgot to mention that it is very close to Bophut beach too.
