I have lived here for almost 2 years now; it is a long term rental from a Thai landlord who is kind and takes care of the house very well. I chose this place because it is a lovely village in exotic Greek-style design, there is a swimming pool inside the house. Although a little small, the village is very organized and safe. The project has a lot of green areas and space for children to run and play. There also provides common areas such as a clubhouse and swimming pool. There are a lot of foreign neighbors living, including Chinese, Russian, and Korean. The location is very convenient, near Tesco Lotus and Makro within driving distance. Also, close to Rawai and Nai Harn beaches. Not far from the Promthep Cape viewpoint. The project is surrounded by many international restaurants and many shops.
