The condo is still new, just 10 minutes walk to Kata Beach.

This project is located in the Kata and Karon areas; about 80% of foreigners live here. I think it's easy to find something to eat here. There are many European style restaurants. Plus, walking to the beach is only about 500 meters. This condo is 7 floors high, and my room is on the 6th floor with a pool view. The first time I moved in, it was fully furnished. It is very clean and well maintained. There is almost no problem of breakage or dirt at all, deserving as a VIP condo. On the downside, I think the parking lot is too small and quite busy during the high season.

I always travel to Phuket in the summer of every year. By this time, I choose to stay in the Kata area and rent at the VIP Kata Condominium 1, a beautiful condominium with complete facilities. In addition, the rooms I rented are neatly decorated with quality furniture, including the living area which is suitable for this 1 bedroom size as well. Moreover, this condominium is 800 meters close to Kata Beach. It is a perfect vacation trip and gets to know people as well.
