Although this condo has been completed for a long time, fortunately, its construction building still looks new as it has been regularly maintained. The rooms are spacious compared to other condos. The furniture used in the decoration is of good quality. More importantly, there are different room sizes to choose from, ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms. The common area has many facilities, including a large outdoor swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. There is also a sauna here. However, the project is quite far from the BTS Station. The nearest station is Chong Nonsi BTS Station, which is about 5 kilometers away from the project. But the private cars are considered convenient because it is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, less than 2 kilometers. In addition, the project area is also surrounded by shopping malls, schools, and hospitals that you can enjoy. Overall, I consider it a good project.
