The project was completed for a long time, but it's still useful over time. Although the project isn't in the center of the city, it isn't far from prosperity because it is located in a community district. There are supermarkets such as Tops Market, Silom Complex, Tesco Lotus Express - Soi Saphan Ku Branch, which is 10 minutes away. More importantly, a 7-11 convenience store can reach within 2 minutes on foot. The rooms are available from studio types to 2 bedrooms. The furniture is strong and durable, although it looks a bit old but still in good condition. The common area has facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, passenger elevators, garden, parking space, and Thai massage salon. I am satisfied with this place.
