Room with a high ceiling and spacious living area, beautiful lobby and nice view from the Sky garden

The room is clearly divided into various areas and has a high ceiling. The living room is decorated in a white tone, looks wide and clean. The lobby is also beautifully decorated and luxurious. The fitness room has a variety of exercise equipment. The sky garden offers a pleasant atmosphere; I really love to sit there. But just one thing, the parking lots are not enough, and the project has its separate area for the visitors.

I just moved to work in Thailand for 6 months, and my friend recommended the condo. I contacted to inspect the room here. I was so impressed by the project entrance, and the decoration is super luxurious. Moreover, the receptionists are helpful. The lobby is extremely spacious and comes with complete facilities located on the 33rd floor, comprising simulated golf courses, a gym, gardens, and a communal pool. Furthermore, it is easy and fast to order a delivery of food. Plus, transportation is also very convenient, only about 800 meters away from Asok BTS.
The most incredible and highest condo in the Sukhumvit area.

This condo is the most incredible and highest in the Sukhumvit area. Ideal location for living, close to shopping malls, restaurants, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS. This place is very luxurious. They were completed with many amenities, such as swimming pools for adults and children, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a lounge, a garden, a gym, a golf simulator, a library, a steam room, a playground, and 100% parking. The room types range from 1 and 2 bedrooms, including well-decorated furniture.

It is a premium condominium located in the prime area of Asoke, close to Asok MRT and BTS stations. Traveling is convenient. It is a quality condominium project, fully equipped with a modern gym, Jacuzzi, and lounge. It's very comfortable! The project security system is also excellent as there are guards in every part of the building. The residents have to use the key card for entering and exiting. Unfortunately, there are not sufficient parking spaces and hard to find parking. It is said that it is difficult to use a private car. However, it is generally good, where the location is excellent, the atmosphere is nice, and the common area is perfect.

I bought a one-bedroom unit for this project. Personally, I like the room. Although the project has only two room types, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom, there are various room plans. Moreover, this place also provides privacy as the number of units per floor is not very dense. In terms of location, I can say that the location allows easy getting around downtown. The condo is located in the middle of Asok Montri Road, just 700 meters walk to Asoke MRT, so you don't have to worry about traffic jams in BKK, which is excellent.
