This condo is a gem! and worth for money.

I had accidentally visited this condo as I got to wrong place. However, it turned out that staff are nice and security guard helped me find a correct place. I also had chance to see how well they maintain the building and with high privacy. Only 4 units per floor and total 38-39 unit owners only. Staff knows every person stay there so it is very safe, I think. Location is great too as it located in beginning of Sukhumvit road, a heart of Bangkok. Price is not that high compare to other condos in same area so I think this is a gem.
The location is not far from Asoke BTS and connects to MRT Sukhumvit as well

The condo here can enter and exit both through Soi Sukhumvit 13 and Sukhumvit 15. The location is not far from Asoke BTS station and connects to MRT Sukhumvit as well. I must say that it is really the best transportation, but I think the design is old and outdated even though most of the condominiums in this neighborhood are modern style. The space in the room's decoration is okay with partially installed furniture. Overall, I think it's worth the journey. Anyway, the project still needs to improve the quality because it is old and the facilities are not enough.
