High quality european style building. Solid construction and string walls (very important for soundproofing). Most of modern condos have thin walls and you can hear your neighbours. Not in Royal Residence. We will be back here for sure.
A sea view condo suitable for relaxing

During my short vacation in Thailand, I rented a room in this condo. It was fine throughout my stay here, with no issues because the staff was helpful and attentive. My room is a one-bedroom unit. It's well-proportioned with complete and durable furniture. The design of it is so classy and modern. Plus, I can enjoy the fantastic sea view from the room, which is great. The location is great as it's super convenient to get around, and it's close to many tourist attractions such as Jomtien Beach, Mimosa Pattaya, Pattaya Floating Market, and Nong Nooch Garden. Also, it's near the main road.
