Food delivery point No food delivery staff must park behind the building and walk to the front to write the room number within 1 minute of writing. There should be a food delivery point. in front of the building for convenience in food delivery Because when ordering food, food delivery personnel often don't take orders because they waste time walking even when parked in front of the building and can be placed, causing residents to order food many times. #Please be considerate of residents and food delivery people.

All convenience and facilities are considered a 5-star condo. The excellent service, high-security system, private atmosphere, and complete facilities are provided. The room is luxuriously decorated and soundproofing without noises bothering me, and I can pleasantly relax. The rental fee is quite high for me. If you are interested in a long-term stay, you'd better buy it. Very worth it!!

It is a 3 bedroom condo suitable for relaxation that I have bought to live with my relatives. Very convenient because it is near shopping centers, including Central World and Siam Center, restaurants, and convenience stores. Plus, It comes with a modern and beautiful design, suitable for every lifestyle. It is also equipped with a variety of amenities. Also, the security system here is strict in accordance with standards. Absolutely safe! I'm confident and trust to stay here.

The condo is located in a convenient area for everything. Langsuan Road makes commute very easy. Also, the project is close to BTS Chidlom, just less than 10 minutes away. The only downside of the project is insufficient parking space for the residents' cars. Apart from that, I don't find any problem. The swimming pool and gym on the 6th floor are well maintained. The room I rented was a massive two-bedroom unit. The interior is simply elegant and fabulous as I want. The built-in furniture is luxurious. I have been here for 3 months already. The rental price is affordable for its quality.
