This project is located in a very convenient soi - walking distance to restaurants, BTS Asoke, and terminal 21. Its also ideally located near to NIST school. The rooms are nice and bright. Really recommend the facing North as its impossible to build more high rise buildings.
New condo near MRT and BTS

I bought the condo since it was the off-plan. I had a chance to inspect the showroom and the location of the project. It is situated in the potential area easy to travel, whether by private cars, MRT, and BTS with adjacent stations. Very convenient!! Now the project is completed. So I have officially moved into a condo. It is in a very suitable location, surrounded by many amenities, whether restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist attractions, both in the day and at night. When I want to buy something, I don't have to go outside far because it is close to two major shopping malls: Terminal 21 and Robinson Sukhumvit. It takes only 5 minutes to walk. Considered to be the quality of life. For the exterior, the project area is large in the land area over 1 rai. The project is designed in a modern style focusing on modern and minimalist. The condo height stands out from the other buildings in this area, offering a stunning view of the Asoke area. One more thing is that the project atmosphere is quiet and provides a full range of facilities that matches the needs of urban life very well.
