I am a healthy person looking for new investment opportunities, and this project is just precisely what I need. It focuses on giving healthcare to the residents. There is a clubhouse, fitness center, and swimming pool. The wellness program is mainly about nutrition and dietary as well as hotel-standard services. I think the project has a bright opportunity for investment as its location is an area where many foreigners live, making it easy to rent out in the future. Also, the project is located near the community between Rawai and Nai Harn. It has complete facilities such as convenience stores, shops, and restaurants, and takes only a short drive to the beaches, which is quite interesting!
