A luxurious high-rise condo with stunning Cha-Am sea view, magnificent and crystal clear water

I bought a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room area is about 100 sq.m, ideal for my family with 3 people, including my wife, kids, and I. I like this place, and we often take a vacation many times a year because the atmosphere is pleasant, a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear water. As for traveling from Bangkok, it takes a short drive only. Also, the project location is close to many amenities, including the hospital and department stores. More importantly, there is a large fantastic swimming pool by the beach. My wife and kids love it. The people are also not crowded. The staff is friendly, able to speak many languages and feel warmth whenever we visit here. Aside from that, there is a communal gym and a lot of equipment available as well. Also, there is a restaurant within the project with fully equipped equipment available as well. If you plan to stay here, we recommend renting a car because it takes time to drive. The buses are mainly rarely available.
