This project is attached to Chulalongkorn University, near King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital; a mall is right in front of the building, and the project is not far from other famous shopping malls. I can tell you that buying a condo here is very convenient. Although the price in the past was too high, nobody wanted to buy a condo here, as there were 3-4 bedroom units. However, they separated them into 1-2 bedroom units nowadays and sold at a lower price with fully-furnished decoration and various facilities. If you want to invest in selling or putting on rental in the future, you could make a good profit indeed.
