Condo in the city center, offering the view all around

The condo is located in the city center, comprising an infinity pool, overlooking 360 degrees of the Bangkok city view, which is very beautiful compared to other condos. In the same building as the communal pool, there is a fitness room and a library. In the lobby area part, receptionists always take good care of the residents well. There is also a guard who takes care of the car parking. Buying personal belongings is also not that difficult to stay here, and you don't have to go out too far because there is a convenient store, small care, and a corner to relax comfortably on the ground floor. Personally, this place serves many of our needs and is not disappointed at all to buy here.
The condo in the Silom area

The condo is located in the Silom area close to Rama IV main road. There are facilities around, including Skytrain, hospitals, shopping malls, Lumpini Park. Sam Yan MRT is very close to the project, just a 3-minute by foot, easy to travel. The 2-bedroom unit I bought was the right size and had good built-in furniture with a beautiful city view. It is a room I will buy for an investment because it's in a desirable business location.
Luxury condo, super good life

A luxury condo in the heart of the city that completes everything. It is a quality condo located in a great location. I love to stay at Ashton Chula-Silom as it is close to tourist attractions or all nearby amenities such as close to Sam Yan MRT only a minute, and restaurants along with the shops that are easily accessible. It is not only convenient for the surrounding project, but the project site is also complete, comprising an ozone swimming pool with international standards, a fully-equipped fitness center, and a reception hall with lovely staff who are always there to help a perfect life without any worries and connect everywhere.

I'm very impressed to stay at the condo, designed the interior in modern classic style in a dark color tone. The common area can be called extremely spectacular. It's like staying in a 5-star hotel every day. The front desk staff are very helpful. The swimming pool is an ozone system, and there is an onsen bath for health that meets health lovers' needs. It also offers a 180-degree view of the city, and everything is designed to take into account the residents' quality of life. I think it suits investment and living in a city.
Great value for both investment or living with long-term profits

The condo has a great value for people looking for a condo to live in or for investment. This project is distinctive because of its location. It's easy to travel as it's close to both Siam, Sathorn, and Silom area. But it would be best if you were careful about traffic jams because it can be hectic throughout the day. The project is outstanding since the exterior is in a modern style with the rounded glass corners emphasizing the use of black and gold to represent luxury, and the use of color arrangement to modernize the building. The project also focuses on many green areas, a resting place, and a large garden to chill out in the evening. The design of the common area is pretty good. It served residents needs of all ages. My husband spends his time in a gym, which occupies 2 floors with almost 20 pieces of equipment. Sometimes he has a small party with neighbors at the Social Club & Wine Bar while enjoying the panoramic view. Our kid loves to use the swimming pool and library for tutoring. In family time, we love to stay together at the rooftop for the sunset, which is an incredible view that makes us speechless. The room is decorated in a luxurious style and focuses on the use of black and gray. The materials are well-selected to meet the standard. Our room is a two-bedroom unit with 66 square meters, so it is spacious and fully functional. We can place a dining table for 4 people on the corner to sit, yet there is space left. Inside the Master bedroom's bathroom, there is also a bathtub, and the highlight is a semi-outdoor terrace in every room so we can relax there. Overall, it is very good. Apart from the distinctive design, the project is in a good location, close to various shopping centers such as Chamchuri Square, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon, which is very suitable for the new generation these days.
