The big villas also have big balconies overlooking the pool area (Pool is over 20 meter long and 7 meter wide), the pool has been renovated in 2021. 1 villa (gardener/security) villa. 1 bedroom/living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen. This house have 30 sqm inside living area. The villas are in between 12 and 14 years old. They are very well taken care of and they are for example built with double outside walls, separate draining system for each villa and built in air conditions (6 for the big villas and 4 for the small villa). Early income now from long- and short-term rentals combined 1,9 - 2,2 million baht. Different agents that take care of the rentals and cleaning etc. Outgoings and expenses: 1 staff who lives in the 1 bedroom bungalow next to the gate, salary 16 000 baht/month (192 000 baht/year). He takes care of the area such as gardening, pool care, handyman smaller painting and electric work and he also acts like security guard, he been here for 10 years now and he is very reliable. He is also employed in my Thai limited company that owns the plot and the houses. 10 000 – 12 000 baht per year for pool products (chlorine etc). Property tax 50 000 – 60 000 per year. The water is free because the houses have there own wells on the plot (each house and the pool has its own well), we always have water because we live next to the hill side. The tenants pay for electric and internet by them self. Pest patrol come every 3 week to check the houses for insects, expense total 31 000 baht/per year. Total outgoings and expenses per month 25 000 - 27 000 baht. All built in refrigerators/freezer (except 1 that still works god) and washing machines are new from the last 4 years. We have replaced all electric products (such as pool pumps, engine for the electric gate, air-condition etc.) that have needed replacement with new ones. The pool was fully renovated in 2021.

Eden Villas Kamala, a private pool villa, is ideally located close to Kamala beach in just a few minutes. The villa offers privacy in a shady atmosphere surrounded by gardens and a lot of tropical trees. The project uses white paint for the exterior, provides a relaxing mood and eye-soothing, and comes with a large communal pool and comfy sunbeds where you can sit, breath in fresh air and a warm breeze. The villa is well-proportioned; the living room comes with luxury furniture and glass windows, making the room look more spacious and airy. The bathroom comes with a modern bathtub and washbasin in a vintage style, etc. Furthermore, every room of the project allows you to experience and be close to nature as much as possible.
