The most important thing is the environment: if you come from our street, you have the sea on the right within walking distance (200 meters). If you go out of our street to the left, you have a 7/11 at the end of the street. All possible facilities are available in and around my house. It is a quiet area to live in. Especially retired people live here permanently. The tourists who come here are mainly the Thais, who come to the sea for a weekend, or the other sights in Sam Roi Yot, national parc. The more I think about putting this up for sale, the less I want to do it.

I wish I had his cottage, too. The area is located in Sam Roi Yod nature reserve a real fishing village. There are several sights that I won't be announcing right now.
