My friends and I visited here last week. I love the security system here because the guards and staff do great duties. The project site is also tranquil and non-crowded. My friend's room is also beautiful, overlooking Bangkok view, and the interior is spacious. The furniture is perfectly arranged and proportionate, very tidy. It makes the room look more spacious and pleasant. Importantly, the room is soundproofing, with no noises bothering at all and getting a comfortable sleep.

I have lived here for almost 2 years since moving from another province. I want to rate this place 10 out of 10, very comfy! The project is in a good location with convenient travel. Just a few hundred meters; you will see Thonglor BTS. The neighborhood has various food choices. The project has a good atmosphere, quiet, and shady. The project design is modern, and the room is so spacious. Most of the furniture is made of wood, which is durable. You can also do many activities such as swimming, doing exercise, and putting on golf. I just stay at the condo, but I don't get bored at all because I like it. The neighbors are friendly too. Very happy!

The project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 34, close to Thonglor BTS within walking distance. As you may know, the Thonglor area is well known for traffic jams. You should avoid the area in the evening. It will be more convenient to travel in the morning. However, the project has a shuttle service to pick up and drop off at Sukhumvit Road every hour. The project has a very shady atmosphere because of the plants around the building. It's very soothing for my eyes. The one-bedroom type is a bit small, and the bed's not big. The furniture is complete and in good condition. Overall, it is considered satisfactory for renting here.
