Nice condo but insufficient parking

I have been in Pattaya for about 2 years now. Previously, I stayed with my girlfriend in North Pattaya. I think it's too crowded. Plus, there is a lot of noise at night. However, I loved it when I moved here because it is quiet and not crowded at all. Plus, the security system is ok. The condo has only 7 floors high, and my room is on the 5th floor with a nice spacious balcony. Besides, it's good ventilation. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, overlooking a beautiful view. I am not impressed with the disadvantage that the parking lot is too little and not enough for the number of residents. Sometimes you have to park outside instead!
